Kelly Law Team and the Arizona Rattlers Join Forces to Support Individuals with Autism

Participants will gain hands-on experience while also being part of the high-energy environment that makes Arizona Rattlers games so exciting. The Kelly Law Team is grateful to be part of this unique program, which will create lasting memories in the lives of many in our community while also helping often disadvantaged and marginalized individuals reach their full potential.

The L.E.A.P. Program: A Commitment to Inclusion and Empowerment

Our goal is to create an inclusive and empowering environment for those on the autism spectrum. During each home game, we will select between 8 and 10 participants to be part of the action. This ensures that a wide range of individuals can benefit from the L.E.A.P. program throughout the 2025 season. But this isn’t just a chance to be involved in sports—this program provides valuable sports industry experience by allowing participants to explore various roles, including event coordination, media support, equipment handling, and guest services.

By gaining experience in these roles, individuals will develop teamwork skills, hone their communication abilities, and build workplace confidence in a setting that is both structured and exciting. The program also provides access to the Desert Diamond Arena sensory room for anyone who needs it. This commitment to inclusiveness is what truly sets L.E.A.P. apart.
